New Era launches headwear range for Newcastle United as club rebuilds stadium's store

Global sports and lifestyle brand New Era has introduced an exclusive range of headwear for English Premiership club Newcastle United as its launches its new retail website and temporary stadium store.

An initial collection of classic New Era silhouettes in the club’s colours its will be one of the first product lines available on the club’s new webstore shop.newcastleunited and will also be available at that temporary retail store at Strawberry Place.
The new core collection features a black base, club crest and a contrasting New Era flag logo and will include the brand’s curved 9Forty, unstructured 9Twenty, the snapback Trucker, Bucket hat, and cuff Beanie styles.
To celebrate the new range, a limited edition 59Fifty cap will also be introduced, paying homage to supporters.
Peter Silverstone, Chief Commercial Officer at Newcastle United, said: “As we launch our own in-house retail business, our aim is to curate product ranges that our supporters will love, and we are sure the New Era collection will be extremely popular.

Paul Gils, Vice-President EMEA at New Era, added: “The new collection pays homage to the club with team colourways and seasonal offerings alongside a limited-edition style that nods to the club’s hometown of Newcastle and St James’ Park stadium – an exciting tribute to the city.”
The club’s previous retail arrangements ceased on 27 May and its existing stadium store will undergo a significant refit this summer.
