Spring Fair announces Pitch Live finalists

Less than a week away from the start of Spring Fair (4-7 February) at the NEC Birmingham and organiser Hyve Group has revealed six finalists for the event’s new business platform Pitch Live.

Offering a launchpad for exhibitors to present their best products in a Dragon’s Den-style feature, Pitch Live’s finalists include Ducky Zebra, which creates sustainable clothes for babies and children; Vurchoo’s ‘Studs of Hope’, designed to be an evergreen collection of affordable jewellery; Nerik, introducing its signature ‘transformative’ Garment & Scarf range; and Merry People, which produces a range of waterproof footwear.

Pitch Live will be staged in Hall 6 on the Monday (5 February) from 3pm with the finalists pitching their innovative products live to a panel of expert judges and a retail audience. The winner will receive 2sq m of space for the 2025 event, and two one-hour consultancy sessions (press relations, mentoring & hands on strategic advice) with Sharon Good, CEO of Good Results PR.

Meanwhile, the UK fashion, home and gift show will also feature a series of sessions and awards on its ‘Inspiring Retail Stage’. Keynote speakers will include celebrity retail entrepreneur Theo Paphitis and ESG pioneer Paul Wright from PDS.
