Voyado links with Ellis Brigham for omnichannel development

​Ellis Brigham has appointed Swedish retail tech platform Voyado to help bring the premium multi-brand outdoor retailer’s online customer jouney “in line with the service customers experience in store”.



The omnichannel-focused collaboration “highlights Voyado’s ongoing strategy to support luxury retailers in maintaining brand value while fostering customer loyalty and represents an extension of its influence in the UK luxury market”, Voyado said.

Best known for stocking outdoor and ski apparel and equipment, the in-store Ellis Brigham team provides specialist advice to customers, “something that is more of a challenge with online shopping”, it noted 

So Ellis Brigham “seeks to bridge this communication gap online, working with Voyado to unlock customer data, bring all systems together and communicate with customers more effectively”. 

“This partnership with Voyado will help to streamline Ellis Brigham’s communication and set the brand apart from its retail competition”, the retailer added.

Mark Oldham, Head of Operations at Ellis Brigham, said: “Combining email, search and recommendations with a comprehensive CRM will be a massive leap forwards for us and allow us to deliver exceptional customer service in the digital space. The functionality will also allow our store teams better tools and insight with which to help our loyal clientele. Voyado is a real game-changer and is at the core of our digital transformation.”

Voyado has had a busy start to 2024, announcing multiple new collaborations with prominent retail brands in the UK including Brora, Belstaff, Luca Faloni and Silver Cross, plus a number of Nordic brands “to enhance their purchasing journey for customers”.
